Carnival Street Food & Bar respects the privacy of all guest interactions and this statement describes how Carnival collects, processes, uses and discloses your personal information when you contact us, use our services or interact with our website www.carnivalstreetfoodandbar.co.uk. Carnival is a partner restaurant of Boujee Restaurant and Bar.   Carnival  will not loan, rent or sell to any third parties any personal details that have been passed on to us without your permission.

Your privacy is important to us and we promise to respect your personal information. Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and we will do our best to ensure that your details are accurate and up-to-date and kept no longer than necessary.

Information we collect about you

We collect personal information that you choose to provide voluntarily when using our websites, when you make a call to us or when you correspond with us by email or via social media.

Website

We may also automatically collect some limited technical information including information on your IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, operating system and platform, page interaction information, and any phone numbers or email addresses used to correspond with us.

Social Media

Carnival Street Food & Bar will run promotions and competitions on social media and if you interact with these and any of our social media we may collect certain information and we may use social media advertising to promote new products and services.

Marketing:

Personal information you supply us with and the information about your use of our services will only be used by us, to tell you by letter, telephone or email about services that may be of interest to you. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.

We use them to identify you when you visit the websites, and to make your use of the website more convenient for you. CCTV:

We operate CCTV cameras located at all of our hotel sites, buildings and facilities. Your personal information may have been collected through the operation of our cameras, if you are reasonably identifiable from the images captured by these cameras.

We may use and disclose images captured by our CCTV cameras (which may include your personal information, if you are reasonably identifiable in the recording) to:

  • Monitor access to our Hotel sites
  • Identify and respond to security threats, incidents or unusual behaviours
  • Investigate accidents or incidents in connection with complaints, claims or other safety or security issues or investigations
  • Liaise with relevant legal authorities, security and management and law enforcement agencies and regulators
  • Meet our legal and regulatory obligations

 

If you do not want your image captured by our CCTV cameras, then you will be unable to enter or attend our premises. We are unable to switch on/off the CCTV cameras on an individual basis. We may disclose your personal information captured by our CCTV cameras to our related security and management, police and other law enforcement agencies, our insurers and third parties who provide us with (or help us to operate and manage) our CCTV cameras and recordings.
